A product can be returned within 14 days from delivery. This applies only to products bought from our website lineasetteshop.com. If the product was bought from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly.
To return the product please contact us at info@lineasette.com, stating your order number and attaching pictures of the product. In order to comply with the return period, it is sufficient to send this communication within 14 days from delivery of the product.
To obtain a refund the product must be intact and undamaged, in its original packaging and in great condition. If your request meets all these conditions, we will send you a return label and assist you in arranging the return of the product. The package must be handed to the courier within the following 14 days, otherwise it will no longer be possible to return the product and obtain the refund.
Upon receiving the returned product, subject to the conditions described above, the amount spent on the product will be refunded by issuing a voucher (coupon code) to be used on our website lineasetteshop.com. The reimbursement to the customer will be calculated net of the shipping and reception costs of the returned product incurred by Lineasette.
