Usually preparing and shipping an order takes between 3 and 10 working days, while delivery by courier (standard shipping service) may vary depending on the destination:
– Italy: 1 to 3 working days;
– Area 1: 1 to 5 working days;
– Area 2: 3 to 8 working days;
– Other countries: delivery times vary depending on destination, custom procedures, etc…
Once the order is shipped, the client will receive an email with the tracking. Lineasette strives to ensure that every order is delivered quickly. When customs clearance procedures are required, this can cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time.
Lineasette does not ship to collection point: the client should always indicate their private residence or an address where there is someone who can receive the shipment.
International orders, destined to countries with import taxes, may be subject to additional charges. Lineasette has no responsibility or control over such additional charges, which therefore remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.
If the addressee refuses to pay any customs charges, thus preventing the delivery of the order, Lineasette will provide a partial refund, net of the cost of the shipment (even when initially offered by Lineasette) and of the additional charges set by the courier and/or customs.
